NPT are excited to bring you a new programming option, available from November 1st 2017.

For just £10 per month you can sign up to any of the following programs, and get all the information delivered straight to your smartphone to complete in your own time. It’s like having a personal trainer in your pocket!

  • NPT Strong – Develop total body strength with a focus on the fundamental lifts; squat, deadlift, bench press and overhead press whilst also incorporating olympic weightlifting, bodybuilding accessories and strongman exercises

  • NPT Muscle – Use bodybuilding principals to build solid muscle through compound lifts, isolation exercises and bodyweight movements
